ADHD Assessment
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that is marked by challenges with attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity that are not typical for an individual’s developmental stage. The severity of ADHD can vary, ranging from mild to severe, depending on the number of symptoms present and the degree to which they affect daily functioning, social interactions, or work performance.

ADHD is categorised into three main presentations:

-
Predominantly Inattentive Presentation: Difficulties with sustained attention and focus.
-
Predominantly Hyperactive/Impulsive Presentation: Excessive energy, restlessness, or impulsivity.
-
Combined Presentation: A mix of inattentive and hyperactive/impulsive symptoms.
